Junior Summer Competition fees

Junior Registration and Court Fees for Summer 2014/2015

Dear Members and Associate Members,

Welcome to our new and existing members.  The board is very excited about our Summer Competition. We welcome our new stadium administrator, Ann Ward, who comes with lots of experience in the sporting industry.

We would like to thank everybody for their patience regarding our new draw for this competition; we have so many old and new teams.

We also need to address with you all our new fee structure.

The new fee structure is to help streamline your and your families’ cash flow and timeline. As parents we have so much to do, and different hats to wear. We believe it’s best to take pressure off our managers, who sometimes fell short of payments, and put the responsibility back to our parents and families.

Under our new structure, court fees can be paid up front, by the term or in instalments to the court controller.

For teams who have paid the $35 nomination fee, please email us and we will organise a refund.

Our draws are set by Sportzman (Basketball NSW) and due to some teams having more byes than other teams we have adjusted the fees for each age group.

  • U12M – $98
  • U12W – $98
  • U14M – $98
  • U14-16W – $119
  • U16M -$126
  • U19M – $91
  • U18W – $126

The Basketball NSW junior annual registration fee is still $83

Payment plans can be arranged. If you would like assistance, please contact our Community advocate, Jenna Prisk.

if you have any questions or feedback, please contact us through this form.

Thank you to those who have already provided very postive feedback about our new court fee structure. For our Winter competition we will be conducting a registration day. This information will be sent to you in due course, for all to come along and pay before the competition starts again. This way is to relieve the pressure of life and be able to come to basketball ready to watch your son or daughter play without the worry of finding money in the bottom of your handbag.

Thank you,

Jo Bromilow, S&DBA Treasurer
